The intent of this request is to obtain proposals from qualified & licensed contractors to replace the roof on the Menominee County Health Department Building. This project contains one primary work area consisting of approximately 3,180 square feet; however, contractors are required to verify their own numbers. There are three (3) HVAC units and several other vents, fixtures, and drains on this roof. 2. Services Required The Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, & equipment and perform all necessary services to replace the roof on the defined work area, including but not limited to: Removing the existing roof and ballast as necessary Determine if bead insulation is necessary for proper drainage Install 4" of insulation Install fully adhered .060 EPDM roof system or equivalent Ensure proper drainage Secure all necessary permits Contractors may submit one or multiple proposals with different options to accomplish this project. Any and all warranty information should be submitted as part of the proposal. Proposals will be evaluated on, but not limited to, the option/solution provided, warranty, price, and reputation of the product and contractor.
