No bid shall be accepted unless accompanied by a bid security payable to the City of Menominee in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. Prevailing wage rates will be required for this project. Question Deadline 11/05/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
