Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Menominee, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Menominee is seeking bids for the construction of the "Drinking Water Asset Management Project" that includes the following major items of work: o The work consists of digging or potholing to approximately 325 designated water service lines, documentation of service line material, and the associated restoration work. Sawcutting/Sidewalk/Pavement, Excavation, Traffic Control The City of Menominee reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its discretion. No bid shall be accepted unless accompanied by a bid security payable to the City of Menominee in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. Prevailing wage rates will not be required for this project. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing Question Deadline 03/19/2024
