Site work and paving for a road / highway in McCordsville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
These improvements include site grading, landscaping, landscape irrigation, stone retaining walls, decorative signage, and lighting as described in the construction drawings and project manual. All proposals must be accompanied by a properly executed Contractors Bid Form 96 and a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid. The successful bidder to whom the work is awarded will be required to furnish an acceptable payment and performance bond in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The McCordsville Town Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the right to waive any informalities in the bidding process. This project is to install landscape improvements within the existing roundabout located at W. 500 N. & N. CR-600 W. in McCordsville, Indiana. Cut off for Questions: March 25th 2025, 5:00pm
