The work consists of the widening and reconstruction of Mt. Comfort Road (CR 600 W) from 2nd Street to Vail Road in McCordsville, Indiana as listed in the plans and specifications. All proposals must be properly and completely executed on the proposal forms as required by the specifications. Proposals must be accompanied by a properly executed Contractors Bid Form 96 and a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish an acceptable payment bond and performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Town Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process. Contract documents are available by email at no cost.
