Site work and paving for a road / highway in Springfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Bids are to be submitted on the following proposals: (1) For the furnishing and application of HFRS-2P polymerized asphalt emulsion or MC-3000 liquid asphalt at the rate of .40 gal/sy and crushed limestone at the rate of 25 lb/sy necessary to: (a) chip seal 4' edges on 1 mile of road, (b) chip seal 1 mile of road 16' wide, and/or (c) chip seal 1 mile of road 18' wide; and (2) for unit prices for patching and other incidental work, as listed on the bid form. The Trustees may award bids as to all road work to one bidder or separate the work into separate awards, at the discretion of the Trustees. The Trustees shall award bids on the basis of the lowest responsible bidder. A complete bid package will include a bid bond and proof of current insurance. The outside of the sealed bid shall be marked with “Green Township Road Work 2025”, total estimated cost for the entire project will not exceed $200,000.
