**As of June 18, 2025, the project was awarded to Milestone Contractors, L.P, with an awarded amount of $1,595,860.55.** Furnishing the following in accordance with specifications on file in the office of Purchasing in the Municipal Building,Richmond, Indiana. Street Rehabilitation - Community Crossings 2025-1 All proposals submitted shall be accompanied by an acceptable Bidder's Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check made payable to the City of Richmond, Indiana in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. The successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price and a 100% Labor and Materials Payment Bond prior to commencing work. All proposals should be placed in a sealed envelope marked"Confidential-Bid Proposal" on outside of envelope. The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana reserves the right to reject any and all bids, parts of bids and re-advertise for the same and to waive informalities or errors in bidding.
