Site work for a water / sewer project in Wylie, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD or the District) provides wholesale water services to 13 Member Cities and 34 Customer Cities and Utilities for approximately 2.3 million people across a 2,200-square mile service area. To address needs associated with substantial population growth in the region and increased utilization of raw water rights, the District is proposing two additional pipelines to convey raw water from Lake Texoma to our Wylie and Leonard water treatment plants. Owner anticipates that the CMAR's Contract Price will be approximately $480 million. The CMAR Contract has an expected start date of July 2025 and duration for construction of 1300 days
