Scope of Work: The Project is a shared use maintenance facility to be utilized by Athletics District of Facilities Management, consisting of a Maintenance Facility Building (equipment repair area, conditioned work space, restrooms and breakrooms), covered storage for fertilizer, appropriate chemical and paint storage, covered equipment storage, and a Waste2Water wash down station (tied to sanitary and fed with both irrigation and potable water supplies) with an integrated fuel tank.
