**As of may 8, 2025, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** Sealed bids for replacement of the roof of Welch City Hall located at 88 Howard Street, Welch, West Virginia 24801. Specifications for the project are as follows: o EPDM ballast shift with 15-year minimum manufacturer warranty o Installation of new flashing at roof top penetrations o Installation of perimeter wall flashing extending over wall o Installation of new metal edge o Post-project company inspection o Post-project manufacturer technical inspection o Any additional features or specifications deemed necessary by the City of Welch The City of Welch reserves the right to reject all bids and solicit new bids on the project pursuant to West Virginia Code 5-22-1(e).
