This scope of work is estimated to be between $2,000,000 to $2,250,000 and includes the following: The removal and replacement of AC pavement, to prepare the surface for the relocation of two 24' x 40' portable classrooms, one 40' x 60' portable classroom, and one 12' x 40' portable restroom. The scope also includes installing a wood foundation, metal stairs, an accessible ramp, and landings. Tenant improvements for the 40' x 60' building will include restroom upgrades and millwork. Utility connections will need to be made for all four buildings, integrating with existing plumbing, power, fire alarm, and data systems.
