The purpose of this competitive process is to ensure the Port's compliance with Section 287.055 Florida Statutes known as the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA). The Port of Palm Beach District (Port) desires to engage a qualified professional Environmental Engineer to perform as the Continuing Services Engineer for the Port's Stormwater Discharge Monitoring Services. The selected Continuing Services Engineer shall enter into a CCNA Continuing Services Master Agreement for Professional Services with the Port. The specific services to be provided are described in Section 3, Scope of Services. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE PORT OF PALM BEACH STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process.
