Renovation of an indoor swimming pool. The scope of work includes upgrades, repairs and improvement including replacement of exterior doors, complete reconstruction of the pool basin (membranes, tiles, etc.), replacement, additions and reinstallation of pool beach equipment, complete renovation of changing rooms, upgrades to the universal accessibility and major civil engineering improvement of the facility site. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded professional consultant to complete design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary planning is underway. Working drawings are expected to begin in fall 2026. Tender for the general contractor is anticipated in late 2026/early 2027.
