Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Kennewick, Washington. Completed plans call for the addition of a conference / convention center; for the demolition of a conference / convention center; for the renovation of a conference / convention center; for site work for a conference / convention center; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Lydig Construction, Inc. (the General Contractor/Construction Manager) is requesting sealed proposals from Contractors for the following Bid Packages: BP #7.02 - Fireproofing The Project consists of an expansion to the existing Three Rivers Convention Center including new Exhibit, Pre-Function, Lobby, Back-of-House, and New Food Service space. Also includes addition of new Parking Lots and interior remodel and improvement to the existing Convention Center. Bids will be accepted prior to the date and time listed above for this bid release. The GC/CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received. Deadline for questions prior to bid is April 8, 2025, at 3:00 PM PDT. Questions should be directed to Nick Lambdin at nlambdin@lydig.com.
