The Legislative Assembly of British Columbia ("Legislative Assembly") wishes to retain services for ceiling remediation and improving fire ratings on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the Armouries Building at 431 Menzies Street. This includes sourcing and mitigating water ingress as well as removal and replacement of ceiling plaster and plywood using gypsum board as required. Award amount was not released for publication.
