Question Deadline 04/08/2025 at 2:00 PM ET All questions regarding this solicitation should be directed to DEPProcurement@wv.gov Fixed Period Contract: This Contract becomes effective upon Vendor's receipt of the notice to proceed and must be completed within 90 days. BID BOND: Pursuant to the requirements contained in W. Va. Code 5-22-1(c), All Vendors submitting a bid on a construction project shall furnish a valid bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid protecting the State of West Virginia. PERFORMANCE BOND: The apparent successful Vendor shall provide a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract. The performance bond must be received by the Department prior to Contract award. LABOR/MATERIAL PAYMENT BOND: The apparent successful Vendor shall provide a labor/material payment bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract value. The labor/material payment bond must be delivered to the Department prior to Contract award/
