Project includes Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades as needed to Support the new layouts. Question Deadline 03/28/2025 Architect will provide responses at prebid conference to Bidders questions received up to two business days prior to conference. Submit requests for clarification and interpretation using method indicated in Instructions to Bidders. Project cost range is anticipated to be under $1 million dollars. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General contract (all trades). Submit bid security with each Bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. Final construction completion is required to be achieved by August 15, 2025, to allow time for Owner move in. Fall classes start August 25, 2025. Licenses: Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades.
