Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chappell, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and transportation facility.
Est. Completion Date: Oct. 31, 2025. Furnishing all Labor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary to: complete full depth reclamation and overlay Runway 12/30, turnarounds and taxiway. In general, this work will require the following approximate quantities: Full Depth Reclamation Asphalt Aggregate Base Course (25,441 SY); Asphaltic Concrete Type SLX (3,516 TN); Earth Shoulder Construction (88 STA); Marking; Seeding; Erosion Control. Contractors bidding shall be pre-qualified by NDOT to construct Bituminous (Work Class 9) or as "General", as required by the Notice to Bidders.
