The Department of Transportation (Department) will receive quotes for Construction On State Highway In San Diego County near Imperial Beach at Various Locations from 2 Miles North of Palm Avenue to 0.5 Miles South of Silver Strand Campgrounds. District-County-Route-Post Mile: 11-SD-075-12.59/14.35 Prime Contractor must have either a Class A license. Prime Contractor must be a certified Small Business under Section 2-1.05. Department establishes no DVBE Contract goal but encourages bidders to obtain DVBE participation. Bids must be on a unit price basis. Complete the work within 10 working days.
