As of May 1, 2025 project was awarded to Poe Asphalt and Paving Inc. in the amount $572,790.10. The SCOPE of the project consists of chip seal on the following roadways. o 1/2" SINGLE CHIP Loch Haven Drive 4th Street - Prairie Ave to Roundabout 4th and Honeysuckle Roundabout Honeysuckle Avenue - Government Way to Roundabout Orchard Ave - Ramsey Road to Highway 95 Kirkpatrick St - Hayden Ave to Dakota Ave Government Way - Wyoming Ave to Buckles Rd o 3/8" SINGLE CHIP Loch Haven Hills Neighborhood - Uplands Dr, Stonehaven Dr, Tartan Dr, Loch Maree Dr - Northwood Ct, Southwood Ct, Stonehaven Ct, Glenmore Ct, Selkirk Ct, Montrose Ct Grouse Meadows Subdivision @ the corner of Ramsey and Prairie Ave - Sandpiper Way, N Marabou Dr, W Heron Ave, W Cardinal Ave, W Tanager Ave, W Starling Ave. Questions regarding this project should be directed to Dan Hall at (208) 209-1085 or dhall@haydenid.gov. A Public Works Contractor License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. All bids shall contain one of the following forms of Bidders security in an amount equal to 5% of the total Bid amount: a) Bidder's Bond executed by a surety company qualified to conduct business in the State of Idaho; b) Certified Check payable to the City; c) Cashier's Check payable to the City; or d) Cash. Prevailing wages are NOT required for this project. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
