The SCOPE of the project consists of chip seal on the following roadways. o1/2" SINGLE CHIP oBASE BID oHayden Ave from HWY 95 to Carrington Ave oReed Road from Hayden Ave to North Dead End oMiles Ave from Highway 95 to Ramsey Road oLacey Ave from Highway 95 to Ramsey Road oDakota Ave from Highway 95 to Ramsey Road oWyoming Ave from Highway 95 to Dakota Ave oALTERNATE BID oWarren St from Wyoming to Lancaster Road oSparks Ave (Commercial Subdivision) oFryeburg Ave (Commercial Subdivision) All bids shall contain one of the following forms of Bidders security in an amount equal to 5% of the total Bid amount: a) Bidder's Bond executed by a surety company qualified to conduct business in the State of Idaho; b) Certified Check payable to the City; c) Cashier's Check payable to the City; or d) Cash. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
