Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

The project basically consists of the following: Furnish all labor and materials for construction of the following: pedestrian walkway lighting, electrical service for Park signage, electrical building, communications conduit, and associated site grading and landscaping including but not limited to directional boring and casing pipe, electrical wiring, underground pull boxes, equipment racks, controls panels, light poles, and light fixtures. Monument signs are not a part of this bid. A Bidder's Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into contract with the Henderson Economic Development Corporation. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, Payment Bond and Maintenance Bond as well as proof of statutory worker's compensation insurance. Henderson Economic Development Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids may be held by Henderson Economic Development Corporation for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidde's qualifications prior to the contract award. The work which the Contractor is required to perform under this contract shall be commenced at the time stipulated by the Local Public Agency in the Notice to Proceed to the Contractor and shall be fully completed within 180 consecutive calendar days thereafter. Question Deadline 04/06/2025 Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the ENGINEER. Any inquiry received 48 hours prior to the date and time fixed for opening of BIDS will be given consideration. Every interpretation made to a BIDDER will be in the form of an ADDENDUM to the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, and when issued, will be on file in the office of the OWNER and the office of the ENGINEER. In addition, all ADDENDA will be mailed to each person holding CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, but it shall be the BIDDERS' responsibility to make inquiry as to the ADDENDA issued. All such ADDENDA shall become a part of the CONTRACT and all BIDDERS shall be bound by such ADDENDA whether or not received by the BIDDERS.
