The project is located on a developed but woody parcel (00373101101102) on Cypress Way in unincorporated Snohomish County, Washington near the City of Brier. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to: o Installation of approximately 55 linear feet of 16-inch ultraviolet cured-in-place pipe. o Installation of approximately 35 linear feet of 36-inch ultraviolet cured-in-place pipe. o Temporary sewer bypassing. o Modification of one manhole by excavation and permanently removing the cone, installing a 72-inch cap, and topping off the 72-inch section with controlled density fill. o Perform work within the OHWM of a stream to modify the manhole. o Landscape, site, and stream restoration. The following identifies subcontracting opportunities that may be available on this contract and is provided only for informational purposes. Work Categories: surveying, earthwork (excavation, shoring), dewatering, cured-in-place-pipe, and landscaping restoration Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bids shall constitute offers to the District, which shall be binding for 90 days from the date of bid opening. District reserves the right to reject any bid, any portion of any bid and/or to reject all bids. The District further reserves the right, but without obligation, to waive informalities and irregularities. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a bid guaranty (certified or cashier's check, surety bond, or postal money order) payable to Alderwood Water & Wastewater District in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price.
