Base Bid: Install VCT flooring in areas as indicated in the drawings. a. Approx. 3,869 SF. 3. Allowance: Contractor will include $2,000.00 total for unforeseen work in addition to the Scope of Work. 4. Add Alternate No. 1: Install VCT flooring in areas indicated in the drawings. a. Approx 12,200 SF 5. Add Alternate No. 1a: Moisture mitigation for Alternate No. 1. 6. Ad Alternate No. 2 Install VCT, carpet and resinous flooring in areas indicated in the drawings. a. Approx 11,000 SF 7. Add Alternate No. 2a: Moisture mitigation for Alternate No. 2. 8. Add Alternate No. 3: Vestibule 125 Partial Flooring Replacement. a. Approx. 500 SF. 9. Add Alternate No. 3a: Moisture mitigation for Alternate No. 3. 10. Add Alternate No. 4: Vestibule 125 Full Flooring Replacement. a. Approx 1,050 SF. 11. Add Alternate No. 4a: Moisture mitigation for Alternate No. 4. 12. Add Alternate No. 5: Moisture mitigation for Base Bid.
