AMENDMENT 0003- THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO: A) INCORPORATE THE GOVERNMENT'S RESPONSE TO ADDITIONAL RFIS (REQUEST FOR INFORMATION) THAT WERE RECEIVED AFTER AMENDMENT 0002 WAS ISSUED; B) INCORPORATE SECTION 00 73 00 - SPECIAL CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS. FOR EMPHASIS, PLEASE NOTE PARAGRAPH 1.7 SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING YOUR BID. CHANGE IN CONTRACT SPECIALIST FROM SUNTOK MCGUINNESS TO LISA IP EMAIL: LISA.I.IP@USACE.ARMY.MIL NOTE: BID DUE DATE REMAIN UNCHANGED (19 MAY 2025). The s annual maintenance dredging of the San Joaquin/Port of Stockton River DWSC to -35-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth, except the Sediment Trap, which shall be dredged to -38.5-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over depth. All dredge material is suitable for the upland sites shown on plan sheets. Dredge material may be suitable for beneficial reuses at Contractor furnished sites in accordance with the permit requirements of the specific reuse sites and per the requirements in specification Section 01 11 00 SUMMARY OF WORK. relating to this and technical inquiries will be submitted via to the assigned contract specialist, Suntok McGuinness via at suntok.mcguinnessusace.army.mil. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. DREDGE MATERIAL MAY BE SUITABLE FOR BENEFICIAL REUSES AT CONTRACTOR FURNISHED SITES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PERMIT REQUIREMENTS OF THE SPECIFIC REUSE SITES AND PER THE REQUIREMENTS IN SPECIFICATION SECTION 01.11.00 SUMMARY OF WORK. THIS REQUIREMENT IS FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. IT WILL BE ISSUED AS AN INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) WHICH WILL RESULT IN THE AWARD OF A SINGLE FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) CONTRACT. ESTIMATED COST RANGE IS BETWEEN $5,000,000 AND $10,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
