Pre bid meeting info : If deemed appropriate by the Engineer, questions that cannot be addressed by direct reference to the bidding documents will be the subject of an addendum issued to all plan holders. A Bidder's Failure to Attend the Pre-bid Conference Shall Cause Any Bid Submitted by That Bidder to Be Deemed Non-responsive and Will Cause Such Bid to Be Returned Unopened. 1. Remove and properly dispose of existing roof to concrete decking. 2. Install a new fully adhered roofing system meeting requirements defined in Division 07. 3. Disconnection and reconnection of mechanical units required for this roofing project including roof drains and any other roof protrusions. 4. Seal EPDM membrane around all walls, vent stacks and protrusions.
