**Per Addendum 2 the bid date has been extended from 04/22/25 to 05/06/25** For the demolition of the Odum Village buildings A. The CONTRACTOR is responsible for removing and disposing of asbestos containing materials from the project site. B. The CONTRACTOR shall use the Summary Tables and Asbestos Containing Materials Drawings for the twenty (20) buildings prepared by KCI Technologies, Inc. dated October 30, 2024 with the specifications as a guide in understanding the scope of work. The Summary Tables for each property is included as Attachment A.
