Kitchen Equipment -Convection Oven ALL QUESTIONS ASKED BY VENDORS WILL BE THROUGH VENDOR REGISTRY AND ALL ADDENDUMS WILL BE POSTED ON VENDOR REGISTRY 1. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish purchasing for two (2) Lincoln Conveyor ovens for Timberland High School and Holt High School. 2. Substitutions are not permitted. 3. Vendors should arrange site visits at their convenience. Please contact the Child Nutrition office to schedule dates and times. 4. All vendors submitting a proposal must first inspect the site and premises, as well as all conditions present. All submissions must consider any factors that may affect the work under this contract. 5. Prospective vendors must visit the site before the RFP closing date. Failure to do so will not exempt the successful vendor from the obligation to provide any necessary materials, or equipment, or perform any work required to complete the services following the conditions and specifications outlined in the RFP, without incurring additional costs for the Wentzville School District. 6. The final price shall include delivery to one location. 7. Equipment will ship to one location with a dock: 101 Support Service Dr., Wentzville, MO 63385 8. Bidders must fill out the Price Breakdown and upload it to the Vendor Registry. 9. Bidders must upload a PDF specification sheet for the equipment to the Vendor Registry. 10. The awarded vendor will coordinate all shipping and receiving of the equipment with the Director of Child Nutrition. 11.
