06 10 00 - GENERAL TRADES, 22 50 00 - PLUMBING, 23 50 00 - HVAC, 26 50 00 -ELECTRICAL. Bids shall be submitted in duplicate and mailed or delivered in a sealed opaque envelope clearly marked on the face ofthe envelope the words "Montessori Regional Charter School Elevator Addition". Ifthe bid is mailed, the envelope containing the bid shall be enclosed in a separate envelope with the words "Sealed Bid enclosed for GENERAL TRADES" endorsed on the face thereof. The Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry has issued a Prevailing Wage Determination for this project which must be complied with. Time is ofthe essence in the work. Requirements with regard to completion portions ofthe work are contained in the Project Manual. Montessori Regional Charter School reserves the right to reject any or all bids and the right to waive irregularities in the bids.
