Options: 38 CY Class 1 excavation, 6" subbase-114 SY, 30T binder, 10T wearing. Liquidated damages: $975/day. Bids must be on Municipal forms--call for email copy. A 10% certified check or bid bond payable to the Municipality is required. A 100% performance bond or certified check is due within 20 days of award. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
