Contract No. 12510-2025-02 Erie-Western Pennsylvania Port Authority - East Avenue Boat Launch Dredging - 2025: The work includes the dredging removal of approximately 1,200 cubic yards of accumulated sediment, silt, and debris from the East Avenue Boat Launch located at the foot of East Avenue, Erie, PA 16507. The dredging activities must be completed from land adjacent to the launch area with no equipment permitted within the water. The contract work shall include furnishing of all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and all appurtenant items and work necessary to provide a complete and finished project FBE Goal 5% A thirty-day bid hold period applies, and a ten percent bid security is required. The successful Bidder/Contractor shall be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding.
