Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The district intends to enter into a service agreement with a contractor who will furnish equipment and operators for paving. The Wattsburg Area School District seeks proposals for contracted paving ofthe district campus to be completed between July 7 and August 19,2025. The District reserves the right to reject any bids when it is in the interest of the District and to reject the bid of any bidder who is notin a position to fulfil the contract. Copies of all clearances must be provided to Jessica Borrero, Executive Assistant, in the Wattsburg Area School District Administrative Office, 10782 Wattsburg Rd, Erie, PA 16509, prior to the start of work
