The Kentucky State Capitol Renovation - Bid Package 09 - Structural Demo and Modifications, Roofing represents a portion of the overall building renovation scope. Bid Package 09 incorporates selective structural demolition on Floor 4, masonry and concrete restoration (existing structure), new structural steel framing (Floor 4 and the roof), new roofing (including sheet metal flashings, gutters and down spouts), and new glazed skylights above the legislative chambers and the Great Hall.
