Renovation of a municipal facility in Frankfort, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Finance & Administration Cabinet, Division of Engineering & Contract Administration (DECA) is seeking professional design services for Finance Cabinet to develop specifications and bid documents as well as contract administration consulting services for multiple roof replacements of various types and locations. The following buildings are not a complete list: Transportation Office Building, State Office Building, CHR Complex Buildings etc. The awarded contract will be for indefinite future delivery of services. Work includes, but is not limited to, insulation, deck repair and/or replacement, roof accessories, ladders, gutters, downspouts, roof drains, scuppers, lightening protection and replacement of interior or exterior finishes due to water damage. Prioritization of projects will be determined as work scope and budgets are derived through initial design. As individual projects are determined and authorized, fee negotiations for Design and Construction Administration will be undertaken through execution of Advice of Change. The Commonwealth reserves the option to increase the scope of services under this RFP if needed and as funding allows.
