The Work outlined in this 2 Envelope Tender Package is Set-Aside for Indigenous Businesses and is Limited to Indigenous Offers. There are additional Mandatory Requirements within this Tender Package included at Part A - Instructions to Bidders, Item 56.0 Set-Aside for Indigenous Businesses - Mandatory Requirements. All work included in this tender will take place off-site at this Subcontractors workshop and will require an Offsite Storage Agreement, included at Part C - Tender Package Documents. The Scope of Services of this prequalification package is for the Heritage Fine Woodwork Restoration and Reinstallation at the Centre Block building. This comprises fine millwork, architectural joinery, architectural cabinetry, panelling and wainscoting, repetitive ornament, sculptural elements and fine carving. As part of the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project, we require a subcontractor(s) who possesses the skills, experience and knowledge of the handling, restoration and reinstallation of Heritage woodwork, including the disassembly, stripping and refinishing, fabrication of new woodwork and historical reproductions suitable for use in rehabilitated heritage buildings.
