Reference Number 0000290238 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/04/15 03:00:00 PM EDT The Facility Operations Services Branch of the City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the provision of landscape maintenance services at various Ottawa Police Service facilities (the Work) in accordance with the Specifications, Terms and Conditions set out herein. The period of contract shall be for two (2) seasons (spring/summer/fall 2025 and spring/summer/fall 2026). The season shall range from approximately 01 April to 30 November each contract year. The City may, at its discretion, extend the period of contract for three (3) individual additional seasons subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor and provided the contract pricing, Terms and Conditions for the extended period are acceptable to the City and the Contractor. Duration: 2 years Option: 3 optional extension years The City may accept any bid, whether it is the lowest or not, or may reject any or all bids. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
