Shady Lane Home, Shady Lane Child Development Center, Shady Lane Historical Building 256 County House Road Clarksboro, NJ 08020. Proposals will be made on the proposal forms provided, in the manner designated therein and required in the specifications, enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope and plainly marked on the outside with the Proposal name, date and time of opening set forth above. All Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) (Affirmative Action), P.L. 1963, C. 150 (New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act), and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12101, et. Seq.). All Proposers are further notified that they must comply with P.L. 1977, C. 33 and submit a Disclosure Statement listing all 10% or greater owners with the Proposal, N.J.S.A. 52:32-44, et seq. (New Jersey Business Registration) and provide a duly executed Non-Collusion Affidavit. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any informalities, deviations, or omissions in any Proposal or all Proposals, and to accept such Proposal and make such award as may be in the best interest of the Owner, price and other factors considered pursuant to competitive contracting provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law. Furthermore, the Owner may request written clarification of any aspect of the Proposal where, in the Owner's opinion, ambiguities exist or interview any or all Proposers. No Proposer may withdraw its Proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening of the Proposals.
