Description

Site work for a road / highway in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Dirt and Gravel Road project on Masseysburg Road: o Installation of (9) new 15" pipes approx. 440 feet o Keep pipes as shallow as practical and ensure a minimum of 2% fall throughout pipe o Pipe installation per Dirt & Gravel Road Specifications o Install headwall and endwall on all pipes per Dirt & Gravel Road Specifications o Each 20 foot section of pipe requires 1/z triaxle load of 2RC o R4 and R5 to be used on inlet and outlet protection where necessary o Seed and mulch all disturbed ground post construction. All work must be completed by June 1, 2025. Prevailing wages apply. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $870.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. Requests may be emailed to barree.township@gmail.com. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The municipality reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
