Site work and paving for a road / highway in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Placement of estimated 725 tons of Driving Surface Aggregate (DSA) on Masseysburg Road. DSA must be paver-placed at a depth of 6" and compacted to 4" with a 10-ton vibratory roller. A one-month notice of the start date must be given to the township so that stockpiles can be approved. Prevailing wages apply. All work must not begin before August 1, 2025, and must be completed by September 1, 2025. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $870.00 per calendar day. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The municipality reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
