The Project is in Sangamon County The Owner Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Offers or Waive Any Informality in the Bidding. . Remove the Brick Above All Lintels on the North Elevation of the Original Portion of the School, Install New Membrane Flashing, Stainless Steel Drip and Termination Bar, and Relay Brick in Their Original Bond Repoint Deteriorated Mortar Joints at the North Elevation and East and West Returns Over the Building Links. Include 750 Square Feet of Repointing . Remove and Replace Any Deteriorated or Cracked Brick at All North, East, and West Elevations of the Original Building. Include 150 Individual Bricks for Replacement Cut Out and Reinstall a High-quality Silicon Sealant at All Window Perimeters on the North Elevation of the Original Building Once All Masonry Work is Complete, Apply a Saturating Coat of Clear, Penetrating Sealer to All Elevations That Received Masonry Work. Include a $20,000 Dollar Allowance for Structural Steel Replacement as Needed. This Contingency is to Be Included in the Bid and Billed on a Time and Material Basis. . the Estimate Must Be Based on the Prevailing Wage Act for Sangamon County
