Reference number: 20057071 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-03-31 The project involves carrying out the first phase of electrical entrance replacement work at the Limoilou campus located at 1300 8e Avenue, Quebec City. Preparatory civil, structural, architectural and mechanical work will be carried out, as well as electrical work related to the fit-out of the premises. The major part of the electrical work related to the replacement of the electrical entrance, the obsolescence of certain electrical installations and the replacement of parts of the distribution system that will be rendered non-compliant as a result of the increase in short-circuit current will be carried out in one or more future phases, in a separate call for tenders and contract(s). The work includes an extension of the underground bedrock and the passage of conduits, the construction of bases for future Hydro-Québec transformers, the construction of an annex connecting chamber grafted onto the existing building, and the construction of two interior spaces, including the future main electrical room. Mechanical work on fire protection and the installation of a heat pump are included in this call for tenders. Some electrical work is also included, for connection of the heat pump, installation of two panels, sockets and lighting, etc.
