Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Troy, Idaho. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of May 15, 2025, Project did not open and is postponed till later this year.** DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to provide improvements along Big Meadow Road, Troy, Idaho. The Base Bid consists of constructing: o &tempmargin;1,585 linear feet of pathway including 1,256 linear feet of curb and gutter along Big Meadow Road. The Alternate Bid 1 consists of constructing: o &tempmargin;548 linear feet of pathway and curb and gutter along Big Meadow Road. The Alternate Bid 2 consists of removing and replacing: o &tempmargin;636 linear feet of a 5' wide existing pathway along Big Meadow Road. The project shall be in compliance with the Federal Department of Labor, Davis-Bacon Act, specific to Latah County, current, effective requirements. BID BOND: A bid bond equal to 5% of the bid amount must accompany the bid proposal. (See Instructions to Bidders.) PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE: Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this project. (See instructions to Bidders and general conditions for further Bidder qualifications.) CONTRACT TIME: All work to be completed by October 31, 2025.
