Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Hay River, Northwest Territories. Completed plans call for the construction of a 700-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.

Procurement Shared Services is requesting tenders on behalf of the Department of Industry, Tourism and Investment for the construction of a Multi-Use Building at the Hay River Territorial Park. The work is to include, but is not limited to: 1. Site clearing/excavation. 2. Construction of a new gravel pad complete with Geotextile. 3. Supply and construction of new wood pads for the Triodetic Multipoint Foundation. 4. Assembly and installation of the Triodetic Multipoint Foundation (supplied by Client) on the new wood pads. 5. Supply and installation of new floor beams. 6. Supply and construction of the Multi Use Picnic Shelter building. 7. Electrical rough ins as indicated. Award is subject to final approval.
