Reference Number 0000290614 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/04/11 03:00:00 PM MDT Pricing Lump sum The Northwest Territories Power Corporation ("NTPC") is requesting Proposals from qualified bidders ("Proponents") to inspect and test utility poles in Hay River, NT and a transmission line to Fort Resolution, NT (L-350). Without in any way limiting the liability of the Contractor or its obligation to indemnify NTPC under this Contract, the Contractor shall obtain and maintain in full force and effect during the term of the Contract and for any extended period provided for in the Contract, the following insurance with an insurer licensed to carry on business in the Northwest Territories: (a) comprehensive general liability insurance on an occurrence basis in an amount of not less than $5,000,000.00 per occurrence for bodily injury including death and/or property damage and NTPC shall be named as additional insured with respect to the Contractor's operations; (b) standard owned automobile liability insurance covering all licensed motor vehicles used in connection with the Work of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury including death and/or property damage; (c)Contractors equipment insurance covering equipment and tools owned or leased for the full replacement cost of such equipment on an "all risks" basis; and (d) any additional insurance required by the Contract.
