Maple Street Cycle Track Design Work will include the following trades: Exterior Concrete, Unit Paving, Landscaping, Masonry, Sealants, Site Electrical and Traffic Signals, Site Wet and Dry Utilities, Asphalt, Pavement Markings, and Signage. This project will utilize a Subcontractor Default Insurance policy for Performance and Payment Bonding on subcontractors. Each subcontractor must be prequalified prior to execution of the subcontract. Contractors without a current qualification file will receive a Pre-qualification Request via Building Connected email.
