Site work and paving for a civil project in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Work will include the following trades: Exterior Concrete, Unit Paving, Landscaping, Masonry, Sealants, Site Electrical and Traffic Signals, Site Wet and Dry Utilities, Asphalt, Pavement Markings, and Signage. This project will utilize a Subcontractor Default Insurance policy for Performance and Payment Bonding on subcontractors. Each subcontractor must be prequalified prior to execution of the subcontract. Contractors without a current qualification file will receive a Pre-qualification Request via Building Connected email. Please complete the form completely and accurately. All information requested is required for prequalification purposes. . For any questions regarding our insurance requirements, please contact our office. A reflective vest, shirt, or jacket, Level-2 Helmet, cut resistant gloves, and eye protection are required as mandatory personal protective equipment on all Flintco projects. The Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities, or to reject any or all bids.
