Dahlonegah Public Schools 7-12 Building BP 27A BONDS Five Percent (5%) Bid bonds will be required for bids in excess of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00). Bid bonds shall be made out to the owner as the beneficiary. Bidders will be required to furnish dual obligee payment, performance, and 1 year maintenance bonds to LDKC, Inc. and the owner, covering the faithful performance of the contract and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder if the bidder's contract amount is in excess of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00). Liability under the bonds shall be 100% of the contract sum. Please refer to the Architect's Project Manual for any further bonding requirements. NSURANCE REQUIREMENTS Prior to starting Work, the Subcontractor/Supplier shall procure and maintain in force insurance as described below. Certificates of Insurance to be issued on ACORD Form 25 provided by companies with a minimum A.M. Best's Rating of A-, VIII or companies acceptable to Owner and Contractor are in force. Required endorsements must be included. Reference specific project in the certificate description/comments area for identification purposes. Subcontractor/Supplier shall not commence work until they have furnished two (2) copies of Certificate of Insurance to Contractor. CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE The overall duration of construction for this project will be from May 2025 thru August 2026. The current overall construction schedule does not allow for additional days of construction to be awarded for weather or material delays.
