Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Spring Valley, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Engineer's Estimate for the Village of Spring Valley - Water Storage Tank Demolition: Contract A: $140,000.00 Contract B: $125,000.00 Contract C: $85,000.00. The Village of Spring Valley reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities in the bidding, and to enter into a contract with the bidder whom in their consideration offered the lowest and best proposal. The bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud. The work for which proposals are invited consists of water tower removal, booster station removal and piping system upgrades. Grading and seeding back to surrounding area top, paving the parking area around storage building. The Owner intends and requires that the project be completed no later than August 29, 2025. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the partyor parties submitting the Proposal and all persons interested therein.
