As of May 15, 2025 project was cancelled and will not rebid Reference Number 0000381026 The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work including 1455 cyd of dredging, construction of 320 lf of precast concrete boardwalk on driven wooden piles, installation of wood railing, modifications and repairs to existing wooden boardwalks and installation of 2100 Ton limestone aggregate, and all incidental construction at Lake Erie Metropark in Wayne County, Michigan. Bids shall be submitted on the form included in the bidding documents, and shall be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond underwritten by a surety licensed in the State of Michigan, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract. After the time of opening, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
