This project includes the removal and salvaging of the existing steel plate cover, the removal and disposal of the existing seepage pit cover, the re-construction of the seepage pit with a new seepage pit cover, the reconstruction of concrete curb, sidewalk, asphalt concrete pavement, and other incidental work necessary to complete the project. Bids received after the time fixed for opening will not be considered.
